GLANOS Talk 회원탈퇴 및 계정 삭제

1. 삭제 방법
로그인한 사용자는 앱 설정에서 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱에 접근할 수 없으면 https://glanos.kr/account/delete 에서 요청할 수 있습니다.

2. 삭제 처리
- 제공자 계정 식별값은 재가입 충돌 방지를 위해 삭제 식별자가 결합된 비식별 형태로 변경되고 이메일·표시 이름·언어 설정은 제거됩니다.
- 모든 서버 세션과 법적 동의 행은 삭제됩니다.
- 구독 행은 계정 삭제 상태로 변경되며, App Store 또는 Google Play 등 스토어·법령·분쟁 대응에 필요한 검증 기록은 보존될 수 있습니다.
- 다운로드 로그의 사용자 연결정보는 제거됩니다.
- 기기의 로그인, 동의, 계정, 구독 표시와 앱 로컬 데이터는 앱이 지원하는 범위에서 초기화됩니다.

3. 스토어 구독
계정 삭제는 App Store 또는 Google Play 등 구독한 스토어의 구독을 자동 해지하거나 환불하지 않습니다. 삭제 전에 해당 스토어의 구독 관리에서 별도로 해지해 주세요.

4. 보존 정보
전자상거래법 등 관련 법령에 따라 계약·결제 기록은 5년, 소비자 불만·분쟁 기록은 3년 등 법정 기간 동안 분리 보관할 수 있습니다.

5. 기기 파일
사용자가 별도로 내보낸 암호화 백업, 다운로드 파일 또는 운영체제 백업은 사용자가 직접 삭제해야 할 수 있습니다. 삭제는 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

Users may delete an account in the app or request deletion at https://glanos.kr/account/delete.

Deletion handling
- Provider identifiers are converted to a de-identified deleted form.
- Email, display name and language settings are removed.
- Server sessions and consent rows are deleted.
- Subscription rows are marked account-deleted.
- User linkage is removed from download logs.
- Billing, store, legal, security and dispute records may remain for statutory periods.

Store subscription
Account deletion does not cancel or refund subscriptions made through the App Store, Google Play, or any other store. Cancel separately in the subscription management screen of the store where you subscribed before deletion.

Local files
Locally exported encrypted backups, downloads or operating-system backups may need to be deleted by the user. Deletion cannot be undone.

アプリ設定または https://glanos.kr/account/delete からアカウント削除を申請できます。

削除処理
- 提供者識別子は削除済みの非識別形式へ変更されます。
- メール、表示名、言語設定は削除されます。
- サーバーセッションと同意行は削除されます。
- 購読行はアカウント削除状態になります。
- ダウンロードログのユーザー紐付けは解除されます。
- ストア、法令、決済、セキュリティ、紛争に必要な記録は法定期間保存される場合があります。

ストア購読
アカウント削除は、App Store、Google Play、またはその他のストアで行った購読の解約・返金を行いません。削除前に、購読したストアのサブスクリプション管理画面で別途解約してください。

端末ファイル
端末に書き出した暗号化バックアップ、ダウンロード、OSバックアップは利用者が削除する必要があります。削除は元に戻せません。
