AI 및 음성 처리 GLANOS Talk의 홈대화, 프리톡, 번역, 문장 교정 및 근처대화 번역은 기기에서 실행되는 AI 모델을 사용할 수 있습니다. 일반 대화·번역 원문과 음성은 GLANOS의 모델 학습, 재학습 또는 미세조정에 사용하지 않습니다. GLANOS는 음성을 음성지문 또는 생체식별 프로필 생성에 사용하지 않습니다. AI는 가입 거절, 결제 승인, 계정 정지 또는 그 밖의 법적·중대한 결정을 단독으로 내리지 않습니다. 음성 인식(STT)과 음성 합성(TTS)은 단말기 운영체제 또는 사용자가 설치·선택한 음성 서비스에 의존할 수 있습니다. 운영체제 설정과 제공자 정책에 따라 음성 또는 관련 기술정보가 Apple, Google 또는 기기 제조사 서비스에서 처리될 수 있으므로 이용자는 해당 제공자의 설정과 개인정보 안내를 확인해야 합니다. GLANOS는 기기 운영체제 사업자의 독립적인 처리를 통제하지 않습니다. 1. Purposes and categories GLANOS processes account/provider IDs, optional provider email/display name, internal user ID, language settings, required consent records, session ID/token hash/expiry/revocation/replacement, device identifier and app version for sign-in, one active session, offline access, security and service delivery. When used, App Store or the app store where the user subscribed product/app/package/order/transaction information, receipt or purchase-token hash, subscription status/expiry, Plus native language, protected-download logs and account-deletion records are also processed. Minimal request/security logs may be generated. GLANOS does not use advertising identifiers for tracking. 2. AI response reports When the user chooses to report an AI response, GLANOS processes only the selected AI response, report reason, feature, UI language, app version, model version and server receipt time. The user prompt, previous conversation, user ID, session ID, email, device ID, location and Wi-Fi information are not stored in the report record. The login session is used only to authenticate the request and reduce abuse. Reports are retained for 90 days and then deleted. 3. On-device data and permissions Chat, translation, corrections, learning history, speech/QR results, nearby messages, Wi-Fi/hotspot settings, downloaded packs, character/app settings and encrypted backups are primarily processed on-device. GLANOS does not automatically store full ordinary chat text, raw audio/camera data, location coordinates or the current Wi-Fi SSID on its server. Permissions are used only for the selected microphone, QR, Wi-Fi discovery and notification functions. 4. Nearby conversation Display name, language settings and messages may be sent directly between devices in the same room. GLANOS does not normally store nearby-message content. Network operators and operating systems apply their own policies. 5. Providers and processors Apple, Google, or Kakao provides social authentication; app stores used for billing handle iOS or Android billing and subscription management; Cloudflare, Inc. and its published subprocessors provide API security/transmission, Workers, D1, R2 and web infrastructure as processors. Google DeepMind/Gemma is the source of an on-device model and does not receive user conversation text merely because local inference is used. GLANOS does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. 6. International transfer Through Cloudflare infrastructure, account/session/subscription/download and API request information may be processed by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA; privacyquestions@cloudflare.com) and published subprocessors in the United States, European Union and global data centers. Transfer occurs over encrypted networks when the service/function is used, for API, security, database and content delivery, and lasts for the relevant retention period or until purpose/contract termination. Sessions: until expiry, logout, replacement or deletion. Contract/withdrawal and payment/supply records: 5 years. Complaints/disputes: 3 years. Advertising records, if created: 6 months. Download logs are retained as needed for access/security/incident response and are de-linked at deletion. Deletion-processing records are generally retained for 3 years where needed for disputes. Deletion and rights Data is deleted without undue delay when no longer needed; electronic data is securely erased and paper, if any, destroyed. Security, children and remedies GLANOS uses encrypted transport, token hashing, secure device storage, least privilege, protected logs/backups and reasonable security reviews. AI and voice processing Home chat, FreeTalk, translation, sentence correction, and nearby-conversation translation may use an AI model running on the device. GLANOS does not use ordinary conversation or translation text, or voice recordings, to train, retrain, or fine-tune its models. GLANOS does not use voice data to create voiceprints or biometric identification profiles. AI does not independently decide account eligibility, payment approval, account suspension, or any other decision producing legal or similarly significant effects. Speech recognition (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) may depend on the device operating system or a voice service selected or installed by the user. Depending on device settings and the provider's terms, voice or related technical data may be processed by Apple, Google, or a device-manufacturer service. Users should review those providers' settings and privacy information. GLANOS does not control independent processing performed by the operating-system provider. A reported AI result may itself contain personal information entered by the user or sent by another participant. Review the selected result before submitting a report and avoid including unnecessary personal information. 12. Regional privacy rights Residents of the Republic of Korea, Japan, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, or the United Kingdom may have rights under applicable law to request access or a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or cessation of processing, withdrawal of consent, objection, portability, or review by a supervisory authority. GLANOS may reasonably verify identity and will respond within the periods and subject to the exceptions required by applicable law. AI回答の報告 利用者がAI回答を報告する場合、選択したAI回答、報告理由、機能区分、画面言語、アプリバージョン、モデルバージョン、受付日時のみを処理します。利用者の質問、以前の会話、ユーザーID、セッションID、メール、端末ID、位置情報、Wi-Fi情報は報告レコードに保存しません。ログインセッションはリクエスト認証と不正利用防止にのみ使用します。報告データは90日間保有後に削除します。 3. 端末内データと権限 会話、翻訳、添削、学習履歴、音声/QR結果、近くの会話メッセージ、Wi-Fi/ホットスポット設定、パック、キャラクター/アプリ設定、暗号化バックアップは主に端末内で処理します。通常の会話原文、音声・カメラ原本、位置座標、現在のSSIDをサーバーへ自動保存しません。権限は選択された音声、QR、Wi-Fi探索、通知機能に使用します。 4. 近くの会話 表示名、言語設定、メッセージが同じルームの端末間で直接送信される場合があります。GLANOSは通常その原文を保存しません。 5. 外部サービス・委託 Apple、GoogleまたはKakaoはソーシャル認証を提供し、購読決済を提供するアプリストアはiOSまたはAndroidの決済・購読管理を提供します。Cloudflare, Inc.と公開された下請処理者は、処理受託者としてAPI、Workers、D1、R2、Webインフラを提供します。Google DeepMind/Gemmaは端末内モデルの元提供者であり、端末内推論だけで会話原文を受領しません。個人情報を販売またはターゲティング広告用に提供しません。 6. 国外移転 Cloudflare利用により、アカウント、セッション、購読、ダウンロード、APIリクエスト情報がCloudflare, Inc.（101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA、privacyquestions@cloudflare.com）および公開下請処理者の米国、EU、グローバルデータセンターで処理される場合があります。サービス利用時に暗号化通信で移転され、API・セキュリティ・DB・コンテンツ提供のため、各保有期間または目的/契約終了まで処理されます。実際の場所はCloudflareの設定とデータ位置ポリシーによります。 7. 保有期間 アカウント・言語・同意は退会まで、セッションは期限/ログアウト/置換/退会まで。契約/撤回および決済/供給記録は5年、苦情/紛争は3年、広告記録がある場合は6か月です。ダウンロードログは権限・障害・不正利用対応に必要な期間保有し、退会時にユーザーとの紐付けを削除します。削除処理記録は原則3年保有する場合があります。AI回答の報告は受付後90日間保有し、その後削除します。 8. 破棄と権利 目的達成後、電子データを安全に削除し、法定保存情報は分離後に破棄します。閲覧、訂正、削除、処理停止、同意撤回はアプリ、https://glanos.kr/account/delete、メールで請求できます。 9. 安全措置、児童、救済 暗号化通信、トークンハッシュ、端末Secure Storage、最小権限、ログ/バックアップ保護等を適用します。満14歳未満は登録できません。韓国の救済機関として個人情報侵害申告センター118、個人情報紛争調整委員会1833-6972があります。 10. 公開と変更 本ポリシーはアプリと https://glanos.kr/privacy に継続掲載し、重要な変更は告知し必要な場合は再同意を求めます。 事業者情報および個人情報問い合わせ - 商号: GLANOS（글라노스） - 代表者: イ・グァンイン（이광인） - 事業者登録番号: 419-04-03965 - 所在地: 大韓民国 Seoul, Songpa-gu, 114 Garak-ro, 6階601-14号 - メール: glanos.engine@gmail.com - 個人情報保護責任者: イ・グァンイン 個人情報/一般問い合わせは、glanos.engine@gmail.com までお願いします。 11.
