GLANOS Talk 회원탈퇴 및 계정 삭제

1. 삭제 방법
로그인한 사용자는 앱 설정에서 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱에 접근할 수 없으면 https://glanos.kr/account/delete 에서 요청하거나 glanos.engine@gmail.com으로 문의할 수 있습니다. 요청 처리 과정에서 계정 소유 확인을 위해 가입·로그인 이메일과 로그인 제공자 등 필요한 최소 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.

2. 삭제되는 정보
- 이메일, 표시 이름, 언어 설정과 계정에 연결된 일반 프로필 정보가 제거됩니다.
- 모든 활성 서버 세션과 법적 동의 행이 삭제됩니다.
- 제공자 계정 식별값은 재가입 충돌 방지를 위해 삭제 식별자가 결합된 비식별 형태로 변경됩니다.
- 구독 행은 계정 삭제 상태로 변경되고, 다운로드 로그의 사용자 연결정보는 제거됩니다.
- 기기의 로그인, 동의, 계정, 구독 표시와 앱 로컬 데이터는 앱이 지원하는 범위에서 초기화됩니다.
- 일반 대화·번역 원문과 음성은 기본적으로 GLANOS 서버에 저장되지 않으므로 서버 계정 삭제 대상에 포함되지 않습니다.

3. 별도로 보존될 수 있는 정보
- 계약·청약철회 및 결제·공급 기록은 관련 법령에 따라 5년 동안 분리 보관될 수 있습니다.
- 소비자 불만·분쟁 기록은 관련 법령에 따라 3년 동안 분리 보관될 수 있습니다.
- 계정 삭제 처리 기록은 삭제 처리 확인과 분쟁 대응을 위해 원칙적으로 3년 동안 보존될 수 있습니다.
- 사용자가 제출한 AI 답변 신고는 접수 후 90일 동안 보존한 뒤 삭제됩니다. 계정 삭제를 요청해도 이미 접수된 신고는 악용 방지와 신고 처리 목적에 필요한 남은 기간 동안 보존될 수 있습니다.
- 스토어·보안·법령 준수 또는 분쟁 대응에 필요한 최소 검증 기록은 적용 법률이 허용하거나 요구하는 기간 동안 보존될 수 있습니다.
보존 정보는 다른 정보와 분리하여 목적 외로 사용하지 않고, 보존기간이 끝나면 삭제합니다.

4. 스토어 구독
계정 삭제는 App Store, Google Play 또는 이용자가 구독한 다른 앱 스토어의 구독을 자동 해지하거나 환불하지 않습니다. 삭제 전에 해당 스토어의 구독 관리 화면에서 별도로 해지해 주세요. 환불은 각 스토어 정책과 적용 법률에 따릅니다.

5. 기기 파일과 백업
사용자가 별도로 내보낸 암호화 백업, 다운로드 파일, 운영체제 백업 또는 다른 위치에 복사한 파일은 사용자가 직접 삭제해야 할 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제나 계정 삭제만으로 운영체제 또는 외부 저장 위치의 복사본까지 모두 삭제되지는 않을 수 있습니다.

6. 처리 기간과 권리
GLANOS는 본인 확인 후 적용 법률이 정한 기간과 예외에 따라 삭제 요청을 처리합니다. 대한민국, 일본, 미국, 호주, 뉴질랜드, 싱가포르 또는 영국 거주자는 적용 법률에 따라 삭제 외에도 열람, 정정, 처리 제한·중단, 이의 제기, 데이터 이동 또는 감독기관 민원 제기 등의 권리를 가질 수 있습니다. 관련 요청은 앱, https://glanos.kr/account/delete 또는 glanos.engine@gmail.com으로 접수할 수 있습니다.

삭제가 완료되면 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

1. How to request deletion
A signed-in user may request account deletion in the app settings. If the app is unavailable, submit a request at https://glanos.kr/account/delete or contact glanos.engine@gmail.com. GLANOS may verify the minimum information needed to confirm account ownership, such as the sign-in email and login provider.

2. Information deleted
- Email, display name, language settings, and ordinary profile information linked to the account are removed.
- Active server sessions and legal-consent rows are deleted.
- The login-provider identifier is converted to a de-identified deleted form to prevent re-registration conflicts.
- Subscription rows are marked account-deleted, and user linkage is removed from download logs.
- Login, consent, account, subscription display, and local app data on the device are reset to the extent supported by the app.
- Ordinary conversation or translation text and voice are not normally stored on GLANOS servers and therefore are not part of server-side account deletion.

3. Information that may be retained separately
- Contract, withdrawal, payment, and supply records may be retained separately for 5 years where required by law.
- Consumer complaint and dispute records may be retained separately for 3 years where required by law.
- Deletion-processing records may generally be retained for 3 years where needed to confirm processing or respond to disputes.
- AI-response reports are retained for 90 days after receipt and then deleted. A report submitted before account deletion may remain for the rest of that period where needed to process the report and prevent abuse.
- Minimum verification records required for store, security, legal-compliance, or dispute purposes may be retained for the period permitted or required by applicable law.
Retained information is segregated, not used for unrelated purposes, and deleted when the applicable period ends.

4. Store subscriptions
Account deletion does not automatically cancel or refund a subscription made through the App Store, Google Play, or another app store used by the user. Cancel separately in that store's subscription-management screen before deletion. Refunds are governed by the store's rules and applicable law.

5. Device files and backups
Encrypted backups exported by the user, downloaded files, operating-system backups, or copies saved elsewhere may need to be deleted by the user. Deleting the app or account may not remove every copy held by the operating system or in an external storage location.

6. Processing period and rights
After reasonably verifying identity, GLANOS handles the request within the periods and subject to the exceptions required by applicable law. Residents of the Republic of Korea, Japan, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, or the United Kingdom may also have rights of access, correction, restriction or cessation, objection, portability, or complaint to a supervisory authority under applicable law. Requests may be submitted in the app, at https://glanos.kr/account/delete, or to glanos.engine@gmail.com.

Completed deletion cannot be undone.

1. 削除申請方法
ログイン中の利用者は、アプリ設定からアカウント削除を申請できます。アプリを利用できない場合は、https://glanos.kr/account/delete から申請するか、glanos.engine@gmail.com へお問い合わせください。アカウント所有者の確認のため、登録・ログインメールおよびログイン提供者など必要最小限の情報を確認する場合があります。

2. 削除される情報
- メール、表示名、言語設定およびアカウントに紐付く通常のプロフィール情報を削除します。
- 有効なサーバーセッションおよび法的同意行を削除します。
- ログイン提供者の識別子は、再登録時の衝突を防ぐため、削除済みの非識別形式へ変更します。
- 購読行はアカウント削除状態へ変更し、ダウンロードログのユーザー紐付けを解除します。
- 端末上のログイン、同意、アカウント、購読表示およびアプリ内ローカルデータは、アプリが対応する範囲で初期化します。
- 通常の会話・翻訳原文および音声は原則としてGLANOSサーバーへ保存されないため、サーバー側のアカウント削除対象には含まれません。

3. 分離して保存される場合がある情報
- 契約・申込み撤回および決済・供給記録は、関連法令により5年間分離保存される場合があります。
- 消費者の苦情・紛争記録は、関連法令により3年間分離保存される場合があります。
- 削除処理記録は、処理確認および紛争対応のため、原則として3年間保存される場合があります。
- 利用者が提出したAI回答の報告は、受付後90日間保存した後に削除します。アカウント削除前に提出済みの報告は、報告処理および不正利用防止に必要な残存期間中保存される場合があります。
- ストア、セキュリティ、法令遵守または紛争対応に必要な最小限の検証記録は、適用法令が許容または要求する期間保存される場合があります。
保存情報は他の情報と分離し、目的外に利用せず、保存期間終了後に削除します。

4. ストア購読
アカウント削除は、App Store、Google Play、または利用者が購読したその他のアプリストアの購読を自動的に解約・返金するものではありません。削除前に、当該ストアのサブスクリプション管理画面で別途解約してください。返金は各ストアの規則および適用法令に従います。

5. 端末ファイルおよびバックアップ
利用者が書き出した暗号化バックアップ、ダウンロードファイル、OSバックアップまたは別の場所へ保存したコピーは、利用者自身が削除する必要があります。アプリまたはアカウントの削除だけでは、OSや外部保存先にあるすべてのコピーが削除されない場合があります。

6. 処理期間および権利
GLANOSは合理的な本人確認後、適用法令上の期間および例外に従って削除申請を処理します。韓国、日本、米国、オーストラリア、ニュージーランド、シンガポールまたは英国の居住者は、適用法令により、削除以外にもアクセス、訂正、処理制限・停止、異議申立て、データ移行または監督機関への申立て等の権利を有する場合があります。申請は、アプリ、https://glanos.kr/account/delete または glanos.engine@gmail.com から行うことができます。

削除完了後は元に戻せません。
